It goes without saying, we’d love to wish you a happy New Year in person. Alas, due to the recent government announcement, we currently remain closed until further notice. This is of course a huge disappointment to everyone here in the Lake District. However, we fully appreciate the health and safety of both our guests and employees is of the utmost importance.
As such, we await further information and will continue to adhere to any social distancing measures put in place throughout these most challenging of times.
Happy New Year for 2021
While our doors may be closed, we are still upbeat and positive about the New Year. Wishing all our guests over the years all the best for 2021. After all, we’re lucky enough to be in one of the most wonderful regions of the UK. In the meantime, if you are planning to experience our spa breaks in the Lake District, you can still book online.
As such, we plan to have our hot tub spa suites available as soon as it is deemed viable to re-open. With international travel not necessarily a practical option for 2021, a last-minute spa break could be just what’s needed. The Lake District is used to having millions of visitors from around the world, yet this year a UK “Staycation” is looking more and more likely. Giving you the opportunity to embrace the incredible British countryside, while also spending time relaxing in your own private hot tub.
Aphrodites Group Covid-19 Update
In the build-up to the New Year, we were hoping to remain open from January. However, given the National Lockdown, we have been unable to do so. Putting the Aphrodites Group in the same position as our fellow spa suites in the Lake District and across the UK.

Guests that had booked our hot tub suites in the Lake District up until (and including) the 13th January we are in the process of contacting. While as of last week bookings from 14th January 2021 are currently valid, this is subject to change. In particular, as a result of the most recent announcement from the Prime Minister, Boris Johnson.
