New Year Break in the Lake District

Although, if you can’t wait that long then there’s still time for a winter spa break in Windermere before Christmas. As it stands, we are currently on track to welcome guests back from the 2nd December 2020 onwards. Allowing us to provide visitors with a much-needed break, one in which you can fully relax surrounded by some of the UK’s most incredible countryside.
Hot Tub Spa Breaks in the Lake District
With the recent addition of 4 new rooms at the Windermere Tranquil Retreat, our hot tub spa breaks in the Lake District have become even more special. As the additional rooms continue in the same vein as the rest of the properties. However, you only need to take a look at the likes of the new Elixir Suite to appreciate why we’re so proud of our new facilities.
After all, these aren’t the same as rooms you’ll find in a standard hotel in the Lake District. Each one has been hand-designed, with a range of personal features. All of which leaves you to celebrate your New Year break in style.
New Year’s Eve in the Lake District
Just imagine taking a stroll down to the banks of Lake Windermere, watching the fireworks light up the night sky across the water. Maybe stopping off at a local country pub in Bowness for an early evening drink before a romantic dinner at an award-winning restaurant.
Even with the current 10pm curfew, you’ll be eager to return to your hot tub spa suite in Windermere. As you sit out on your balcony, looking over the gardens with a glass of wine in hand, awaiting the chimes of midnight.
Alternatively, maybe you’d rather spend your evening indoors, oblivious to the world around you. Just sat back in the most comfortable sunken sofa, watching a film on Netflix with the one you love by your side.
Furthermore, as the sun rises on a new year, there’s no need to worry about what to do for breakfast. As that’s also taken care of, with complimentary breakfast in bed delivered directly to your spa suite.
